Family-Friendly 5K Mud Run in Waterville, Maine – April 27, 2025

Lace up your running shoes and prepare to get down and dirty at the Thomas College Dirty Dog Mud Run 2025! This thrilling 5K obstacle course race features 12-14 exciting challenges, plenty of mud, and fun for the whole family. Whether you're an elite runner, a weekend warrior, or just looking for a mud-filled adventure, this race has something for everyone.

👦 Kids Race (Ages 10 & Under)

  • A new and improved course designed just for kids!

  • Ages 8-10 have the option to run either the full adult course or the kids' course (parent discretion).

🏅 Lap Challenge – Test Your Endurance!

  • Lap Racers will start at 8:45 AM and complete as many laps as possible before the 12:00 PM cutoff.

  • This event is for serious competitors looking to push their limits!

  • Unique awards will be presented to Lap Challenge participants.
