Outdoor Activities for All Seasons

Pineland Farms provides countless ways to enjoy the outdoors, no matter the season. Activities include:


  • Biking, Walking & Trail Running: Enjoy well-maintained trails that showcase Maine’s natural beauty.

  • Nordic Skiing & Snowshoeing: Glide or trek across snow-covered trails during the winter months.

  • Fat Biking: Navigate groomed snow trails with wide-tire fat bikes, ideal for winter adventures.

  • Sledding & Ice Skating: Enjoy free access to the groomed sledding hill and 80’x80’ skating rink.

  • Sports & Games: Engage in tennis, bocce, pickleball, basketball, disc golf, and candlepin bowling.

  • Specialized Activities: Orienteering, dry-land Nordic ski training, and open gym facilities.


Trail Passes & Rentals

For a hassle-free experience, all passes and rentals can be obtained at the Outdoor Center, located at 25 Campus Drive, New Gloucester, Maine.


Trail Pass Prices

  • Snowshoe Day Pass: $12 (full day), $9 (half day after 1 p.m.)

  • Fat Bike Day Pass: $10 per day

  • Season Passes:

    • Snowshoe Season Pass: $105

    • Bike Annual Pass: $125 (includes access to mountain bike trails during spring, summer, and fall, and fat bike access in winter)


Rental Rates

Snowshoe Rentals:

  • Adults: $14 full day, $10 half day (after 1 p.m.)

  • Youth: $10 full day, $6 half day (after 1 p.m.)


Fat Bike Rentals:

  • $30 for 2 hours (includes day pass, helmet, and bike)

  • $10 per additional hour

  • Sizes Available: SM (5’2”-5’6”), MD (5’5”-5’10”), LG (5’10”-6’1”), XL (6’1”-6’5”)
