The festivities kick off with the Hallowell Mardi Gras Parade on Water Street at 5:00 PM. Parade participants should line up at the Antique Mall (corner of Water Street & Temple) starting at 4:30 PM. Costumes are strongly encouraged but not required—bring your festive spirit and be part of the fun!
