Wednesday, September 4, 2024

  • 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: The festivities begin with a Pig Roast at Moosehead Aero Marine on Lower Lincoln Street, benefiting the Moosehead Riders Snowmobile Club. Tickets will be available at the event.


Thursday, September 5, 2024

  • 1:00 PM: Registration opens at Moosehead Aero Marine on Lower Lincoln Street.

  • 5:30 PM: Registration continues at the event location.

  • 6:00 PM: Enjoy a Dinner and Social at Lakeside on Moosehead Lake, located at 35 Pritham Avenue, with entertainment by The Tyler Healy Band. The evening’s events are sponsored by Aerocet, Aerotec, and Jacks Air Service.

  • Evening: Experience the beauty of Moosehead Lake with a boat ride on the Katahdin, complete with food and drinks.


Friday, September 6, 2024

  • 8:00 AM: Set up at Stobie Hangar on Village Street.

  • All Day: Participate in the Poker Run. Contact Steve Williams at (207) 350-2120 for details. Check the latest updates before starting the run.

  • 6:00 PM: Join in for a Steak/Lobster Dinner at Moosehead Aero Marine, followed by entertainment from Billy Blackstone Freeballin. This event is sponsored by Wipaire.

  • Evening: Enjoy a dinner at the hangar, a longstanding Fly-In tradition.


Saturday, September 7, 2024

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM: Explore Vendor Booths and shop for International Seaplane Fly-In gifts and clothing.

  • 8:30 AM: Don’t miss the iconic Seaplane Parade starting in East Cove.

  • TBA: Attend the Pilot Meeting.

  • 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM: Watch the exciting Pilot Contests at Stobie Hangar, where talented aviators showcase their skills. The schedule may vary depending on weather and participation.

  • Meet the Pilots: Time to be announced.

  • 6:30 PM: Celebrate the event with an Awards Banquet at Moosehead Aero Marine.

  • Evening: Cap off the day with a dinner and guest speaker at the hangar, a highlight of the Fly-In.


Sunday, September 8, 2024

  • TBD: Join the Seaplane Pilots Associate Breakfast.

  • 10:00 AM: Wrap up any unfinished competitions from Saturday.
